PAYMENTS

Payments for CONUS sales are only accepted at DRMS.

All payments must be made in one of the following three manners:

1.  MAIL your method of payment to:

2.  FAX your credit card payment to Battle Creek, MI as follows:

Credit card payment form is available for your convenience.
Credit cards accepted are VISA, Discover, MasterCard and American Express.

When all screens are completed, the last page will show if your transaction was accepted or rejected.  If your transaction is accepted, it is recommended that you print a copy of that page for your records.  If your transaction was rejected, you may need to try another credit card.  Or if you need special assistance, please use the manual credit card form and fax to 269-961-7314.  If your transaction was completed and accepted and there is a problem with it, such as an incorrect amount, you need to contact the Sales Contracting Officer (SCO) for that sale.  You cannot input any kind of correction to your transaction.

In addition, should you need to make payment for less than $1.00, you cannot use the web site credit card payment method.  You must complete the manual credit card form and fax it to 269-961-7314.

Regardless of how you pay, to avoid delays at the DRMO when you go to your next pick up of property, payment should be received in Battle Creek at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup of property.

All payments must be made by guaranteed instrument, payable in U.S. dollars, to the Treasurer of the United States.
